Replacement for a Video Card cooler

hi, my GForce MX440 SE brutally overclocked to 370Mhz core and 450Mhz Memory have a stock little heatsink and a fast turning 40mm fan i guess, i woudl like to replace it beacuse it's anoting noise, with a big passive heatsink who apart from sieltn is enough performer to mantai the current levels and... if possible to go further... soon i will need more voltage so i've just post a topic in the video forums so they help me with that but if one o u know something about moding graphics card your explanation of how moding it or making something to get higher voltages will also be very, very apreciated, thanks
