I am begining to get a whirring sound from my AddA fan which is on the side of my case. It blows the hot air from my CPU SILENX fan out of the case. Unfortunately no matter any cleaning I do there is a large 'Whirring sound'

What cheap fan alternative that is not too loud would you guys recommend?
