Replacement Fan for Radeon 8500

I need to replace the fan on a Radeon 8500 64MB retail card. I don't plan on overclocking; I just need a decent replacement. I was looking at the crystal or blue orb cooler from Thermaltake.

Any comments or other suggestions are appreciated.
