How To Replacement fan for Quadro K620 (no need to look nice)

Hi,

I'd like to replace the fan of a Quadro K620. Can you please advise what kind of after market fan I should order? What is the name of this type of connector?

The goal is to have a quiet fan. Any model, even bigger, will do as long as it is quiet. I can certainly hang the fan some where so it can blow on the heat sink.

The machine is used for office / programming activities. I wonder if a fan is needed b/c there would probably be no stress on the GPU.

That plug is PWM, the shape is specific to graphic card. Both Nvidia and AMD. To use an after market PWM cooling fan, a adapter cable is needed. Search on eBay for "PWM 4 Pin Fan Cable Adapter for Videocard VGA Graphics Card", Like this one.
