Replacement fan for Gigabyte 6600GT

Howdy guys.

Quick question. I have a Gigabyte 6600GT that I think the fan is about to give up the ghost . It makes lots of noise, and feels as if it has too much resistance when I am trying to manually turn it. The card will boot, but I have since removed it from the system to avoid cooking it.

I am looking for a decent replacement fan, and perhaps a quick synopsis on how to install it. Dimension clearance should not be an issue, for it is the only card in the system.

I appologize if this has been covered before, but my search yeilded no sources or links.

vf700. It is cheap and you can use it again on another video card. The NV series is pretty much limited in its reuse.

Good stuff. The ability to shift the cooler to another card is definitely a plus with the vf700. I am thinking of 7XXX series later this summer. It looks like I cannot really go wrong with either choice.
