Replacement CPU/heatsink fan

So I just replaced my mobo (long story)

Buuuuut, I broke the hinges on the CPU's fan, so I'm going to have to get a replacement fan. I emailed Intel to see if they'd send me one, if not, I'll have to get an aftermarket one. In which case, which aftermarket solution should I settle with?
 
Are you overclocking? Do you want to? Can you with your mobo?

And how hot does the environment where your computer lives get in Arizona?
