Replacement cooling for ti4200

I have an Albatron TI4200 128mb and the fan went out....I was wondering what would be a good replacement hs/f for this thing. I don't want to spend too much, but just to rma the stupid thing it will cost me $10 or so for shipping, and I see the thermaltake replacements for only $16 on newegg. What should I get?

How did you know your fan went? I mean I don't think I'd be able to tell if my 4200's fan quit working...
