Replacement cooler for HD 5770?

I have an HD 5770 with the egg-shaped cooler. Something happened to it when I was cleaning it out with a can of compressed air, and the fan now occasionally makes noise.

Are there any decent, CHEAP after-market coolers available? I'd be willing to pay up to $30 or so, but not much more than that. As long as it cools everything (GPU, memory, VRM, etc.) as well as the stock cooler I'd be happy.

I got a Zalman VF900 for my reference 5770. Works great assuming it's installed correctly and you have good ventilation (but who doesn't do those things here?).
