Replacement Cooler for e6700

I have almost an identical system, literally, although I went with an E6400 instead (didn't want to go too too far 🙂). I bought a Scythe Ninja Rev. B... It's one of the better, quieter Socket 775 coolers out there, and it works well with the P180 in that it allows air to be exhausted directly out either through the top (not easily possible with the EVGA motherboard, as the chipset cooler is in the way) or through the back (how I have it set up - basically the air goes right through the heatsink and out the case).

Tuniq Tower 120
Thermalright Ultra 120

Check out www.xtremesystems.org and in the forums you might see what others are using with their 680 boards just to be on the safe side of compatibility issues
