Replacement camera questions.

I am in the market to purchase a new digital camera. In the latest Costco coupon book they have a Olympus C-755 Ultra Zoom 4MP Camera. They will have it listed for $379.99 after the coupon.

I have been having a hard time finding a review of this one and was wondering if it is a good deal.

My old Olympus C-2020 burned out the power supply so I am not to sure about trusting another Olympus camera. I had thoughts of just heading down to Walmart and picking up a sub $200. camera that is on clearance..

Any thoughts on this camera? Sorry no link I couldnt find a good one..

That's probably a typo on the coupon. The C755, i believe, is not sold in the USA. Steve's Digicams web site has reviews of the C750 and C765.

If you want expensive, i just spent $500 on a new sony dsc-t1. 5.1 megapixel in a size about .8" thick of credit cards stacked up. If you want <$200 I also have a 3.1mp HP photosmart 435. Both excellent cameras. No beef with the HP, just had a good sale on the sony going on at best buy. They both work great on either end of the price spectrum.

you'd be surprised what Costo carries. My neighbor bought a Minolta Digital Camera there, and it's a model they don't sell in the US. I could find no reviews of it, and after some Googling around, I discovered it's the Euro model.

wish they'd stock that UK Canon printer that prints directly on the cd's 🙂
