I just replaced 2 of my kingston PC1066 RDRAM with 2 Kingston 256MB Sticks. Before the change I was able to run 150FSB rock solid. Now, no higher than 140FSB. Any ideas?

BEFORE, ABLE TO GET 150FSB:
Bank1=128MB
Bank2=128MB
Bank3=128MB
Bank4=128MB

AFTER, NO HIGHER THAN 140FSB:
Bank1=128MB
Bank2=128MB
Bank3=256MB
Bank4=256MB

*I did notice that one of my video card's heatsinks touches the memory in banks 1 and 2.

Thugsrock,

Thanks...I passed the mem test. I pulled the 2x128MB and wasn't able to get 150FSB. I pulled the 2x256MB and got 150FSB. I put the 2x256MB in banks 1-2 and the 2x128MB in banks 3-4. I'm now running at 145FSB and played BF1942 for about 1hour now. No lockups..errors. That usually tells me if the system is stable.

When I pulled the memory here is what I noticed:

128MB vA01 Made in USA

256MB vA00 Made in Twain #$@#$@#@@#$@#$@#%^$^@$%@#$#@#@

I think that's my problem. Anyone here gotten the A00 and able to get 150FSB?
