I just replaced the 2nd of my two processors in my dual processor system (Tyan Tiger MP w/ dual 1600 MPs, 512MB PC2100 DDR), and now my computer is running (especially starting up) REALLY slow. I was running on a single processor for awhile (month or more) during the time it took for the warranty exchange to go through. I just got the 2nd one back in the other day and have had nothing but slowness since then. I never had this problem before when I had the dualies running. I've tried re-installing drivers and all the good stuff like that to make sure it wasn't another piece of hardware causing the problem and stuff like that - nothing seems to help. Anything I can test to see what the problem may be? Thanks for your help in advance...
PS - To explain a little bit more: I used to be able to crank my SETI Driver up to high and not see a performance loss at all. Now, I'm scared to take it above low because it's soooo freaking slow as it is.
