Replace Toshiba cable modem with surfboard?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it would be worth it to replace a Toshiba PCX2200 cable modem with a Motorola surfboard SB5120? Would there be much of a performance/reliability difference?

I have Roadrunner service.
