Replace NV5207U with Backlit Keyboard

I have a NV5207U laptop and wanted to replace the keyboard with a backlit one. Anyone know if there's one that's compatible. I've tried searching, but I am having a hard time finding out. I considered using surface mount LEDs and doing it myself, but it doesn't seem realistic or easy.

Not likely you'll find one. Lenovo Thinkpads use a LED embedded in the upper frame of the display - folks really seem to like it. So, consider this type of alternative, cheaper, and easier solution . . .

I had a feeling that was going to be the only way. It's not personally mine, and the person didn't seem to like the idea. I considered making something similar that ran off USB power and used a couple LEDs mounted to the display to illuminate the keyboard, but the user didn't like the idea.
