Replace Northbridge HSF on a Soltek Springdale

My Soltek Springdale (865PE-L) came with a HSF on the northbridge, a little heatsink/fan with metal clips holding it in place. The fan sitting on top of the heatsink is pretty loud, and I'm wondering what a good replacement might be for it? Or even replace the HSF with a passive heatsink altogether, but the clips are an odd configuration. What are some good northbridge cooling options?

Zalman makes a good passive cooler. SVC and Bestbyte sell it for ~$9 shipped. It can be held on with pins or epoxied on.

Excellent, I'll check it out. Assuming I'm not overclocking anything (yet) should a passive heatsink be plenty of cooling for a Springdale northbridge?
