Replace front bumper for 2004 Civic?

What do you guys think this would cost? Break down into labor and parts if you could.

Do you think going to Maaco or store like it or dealer would be better? Paint matching is essential so I may have answered my own question there with that...

Bumper is totally dented so theres no hope for it, it has to be removed, luckily, fender and grille are fine and won't need to be.

Probably 1-2 hundred for the bumper itself (although it could be more for that new a car) and then another 3-5 hundred in installation and paint. You don't need to go to a dealer, but I'd definitely use a reputable body shop if you want the paint to look good and last a long time.
