Replace CPU Heatsink and Fan

Ok. My temps for a 3.0 PGA478 prescott are borderline burning up and i'm gonna replace the HSF and the thermal paste in one swoop. What is the best HSF out there for this. AIR ONLY. As much as i would like watercooling, it is not in the cards. What is the best out there for $50 including thermal paste. For the paste i was gonna go with Artic Silver 5. Good choice? What are yoru temps? While they might seem high, they are probably fine.

To check to make sure your temps are in a safe range, run prime95 overnight. If your temps get to hot, prime95 will error and stop running. If it doesn't, your temps are fine.

at idle @ 3.0 they are 75 C. I don't think thats good.

Best air cooling is the Thermalright XP-90 paired with a good 92mm fan.

I looked at that but it said for 3.2GHz processors and higher. Am i missing something?
