Replace ASRock Z68 E3 G3 with Z77 E4???

I'm going to use my 2500K, and if I understand correctly, the Z77 is a better overclocker for Sandy Bridge?

Does it make sense to replace my ASRock Extreme 3 Gen 3 with the ASRock Z77 Extreme 4?

What are your goals here? What is your current OC and what do you hope to gain by jumping to the Z77?

Current OC is 4.6 using the offset method, load VCore is 1.31-1.32 V. If I can get the same overclock at a lower voltage with the ASRock Z77 Extreme 4, I would go for it.

The only other difference I can see is that there are 4 USB 3 slots at the back (compared to 2) and it has a better audio (Realtek 898).

The heatsinks are smaller, and this may be a problem as I live in an area with v. hot summer temps (can go upto 50C!)
