Repairing Unibody Macbook Pro Hinge

My wife dropped her MBP off of the couch and while the laptop is functioning fine the hinge is no longer aligned properly. The lid no sits slightly crooked on the base of the laptop and gets momentarily caught as you open the lid.

Is there any way to repair or replace the hinge mechanism?
