Hello, I have (had?) a Phillips 23" IPS display. My, uh, girlfriend, uh, hit it on the top in a midst of a rage and it stopped working.
The screen itself is a little shattered, but only on the upper part of the screen, near the top. Structure of the frame is integrate. Could someone give me an idea if this can be fixed by simply changing the display somehow? Is it costly? Will I have to find a screen for the exact model of my display? Should I just bring it to the computers service? (they are not too costy in my country)
Just wondering if it's possible to fix a display at half the price I paid for it.
