Repair Windows 2k Installation?

I have 2 drives, one with Win2k and a FEW programs, and then the other with all my main programs, mp3's and other stuff....the problem is i have been getting a lot of errors lately and i want to repair my windows installation, if i do this, will i loose any of the programs on the same drive as the OS and will there be any kind of problems with the programs on the other drive like file association problems or something like that.
 
No. A repair is non-destructive: you will not lose file associations or programs.
