Hello,

I can buy a very very cheap MSI GF4 Ti4600 video card w/ lots of artefacts in windows and games. The owner doesnot know what happened to the video card.

Do you think there´s a chance to fix it? What can cause this problem (memory, capacitor, chipset, some IC damaged)?

There's next to no chance a manufacturing plant could fix it, much less an end user.

A likely story; most likely he's blown the VRAM by overclocking it too far.
