Repair Network Connection

In my dorm we have real sh!tty internet and repairing the connection helps a bit. Is there an executable for it? What I want to do is assign to a key to it and not have to go through the control panel everytime. Any suggestions?
 
you can just show the connection on the taskbar and right-click that

dont know how to set a shortcut for it though
