repair install asking for admin password??

Trying to do a repair install and out of the blue I'm asked for an admin password when I do not have one. I have never had a password on this box....

It's referring to the 'hidden' admin account that you are able to view when you boot to safe mode. You can use ERD Commander or another locksmith to reset it.
