The eyes are a window into the soul.

Then clearly there is no soul behind these eyes.

I am going to disagree. I believe the truth is closer to, you see what you believe and that is the real window. Suspicious of others means you can't be trusted, worried about somebody stealing from you, you are tempted to steal. See the world as evil, the evil is within you. There are of course exceptions to this rule otherwise one runs into paradox. The belief that evil exists in others is actually evil because it is the source of its creation. It is not a projection to see this in others. But then again, the sick will claim it is you who projects when it is really them. You have to take care they aren't right about it.

One rule that should take care of the issue, in my opinion at least, is that when you threaten another person's live with justification they deserve death because they are evil, you should be removed from society and put in prison until such time as it becomes obvious to the prison system you no longer pose an actual threat. This will require restitution and contrition in the form of admission of guilt and the promise it's life in prison if one backslides into hatred that indicates a new threat. MTG is in need of cult deprogramming. I hope never to see a world in which madness becomes so rampant such treatment would become mandatory. It's bad enough when parents force their children to undergo such treatment. But we have millions today who are rationally underdeveloped to the point of being functionally brain dead.

As I said earlier - She's either a con artist who doesn't believe any of the nonsense she says, but knows her supporters will believe all the nonsense she says. Or she's mentally ill. We used to be able to recognize mental illness in this country. Now we just call it a Republican and wonder how we can compromise with it.

I'm pretty sure she is a bad hombre. Simply a rotten soul that believes all this crap. Look how virtually no Republican dares publically call her out - they know that this is the way a big chunk of Trump voters think. At this point millions and millions of bad hombres.

The Trump cult at this point is perfectly poised to become the next group to go along with a fascist or Nazi or Maoist or Stalinist type movement. We are witnessing in our own country what happened in all those other countries at their worst moments in history. This is how it starts. It's a lot of bad hombres.

I read somewhere that back in 2017ish, when she first started commenting on politics, her comments suggested some moderation. So either she fell down an online rabbit hole, because she's an idiot, or, after spending time online, she took the temperature of the right and realized that moderation wasn't selling.

Either way - liar or fool - it doesn't matter in the end.

Why not both? If you can sell it well enough you can make it be "the truth". Facts don't matter for culture warriors. It's all in the attitude. Fucking the Libtards is a goal in itself.

Everyone says "don't worry, she only appeals to a narrow base." But she's basically Trump, and that appealed to 74 million people. And there's more support in today's GOP for removing Liz Cheney than there is for removing Greene.

I don't think the GOP is imploding or fracturing or whatever you want to call it. I think it's purging itself of non-Trump RINOs (as they would call it) and I think they're only beginning to gain steam.

I truly shudder to think of the force they will be in 2024, and if Trump attempts a comeback? Yikes. If this is how they do a purity test within their own party, how do you think they'll treat the rest of us?

I'm genuinely worried we'll see some sort of Purge event play out in the next decade. Not even trying to spread FUD or hyperbole... it's the only endgame for these people. I mean they can't even accept election results. How do you reason with this? Violence is the only conclusion that they will come to.

It's the conservative echo chamber, the constant hate and fear propaganda that the Repubs have drilled into the brains of their party members, the FOX Conservative Crazification Comedy Show, Limbaugh's Haters of Liberals Haven Hour and on and on and on....this is the Repub's World of Mass Masochism. Repubs are brought up in this world of theirs, insulated and isolated from reality, where racism, white power/supremacy and religiously infected politics are fully accepted and enabled ways of life.

Small wonder that people like Greene get elected to high office, what with so many conservatives like her outing themselves after Trump told them they're fine people and it's really great to be that way, to be hateful and suspicious and.....to be insurrectionists, because Trump represented their way of life, their way of thinking, their way of hating on others, their way of getting back at the system that defied their sense of "personal responsibility".

In essence, the Repub party created these hateful spiteful members of theirs. Their party is responsible for their members being the way they are, feeling the way they do and to top it all off the party cadre are sloughing off their accountability, their responsibility onto everyone else outside of their funny farm as being to blame for why their members are so hateful, so frustrated and angry.

So the House dems have given McCarthy an ultimatum, which is either strip Greene of her committee assignments, or they will bring the matter to a floor vote. They could remove her from committees that way, but the article makes the valid point that should the dems do this, it will likely be used by the repugs against dems the next time they control the House, which they probably will after 2022.

Should they do it?

Yes. It's time that they stop worrying about the fallout of doing the right thing. She needs to be removed from Congress period. Hopefully it will be a step in restoring some integrity to Congress.

I don't know why Dems haven't made more of an effort to label MTG the face of the Republican Party. Republicans were successful at labeling AOC the face of Democrats.

We now know who is the real danger to the country. Since she has refused to apologize for her nonsense screw her. Remove from the committees.

I think she will be very effective at milking Trumps base. Enough to make a run in 2024. With Cruz or Hawley as VP candidates. :p

More bat shit fucking crazy republican think...

I have a friend in the Administration who’s claiming that because of the paranoia around vaccine tracking, the Trump Administration halted or disabled the actual GPS tracking of “shipments” of vaccines. As a result, as many as 20 million doses have gone missing.

Haven’t seen any confirmation or reporting in the news yet so big grain of salt on that claim.

Edit: Looks like it’s true??

Tommy Tuberville says he doesn’t know anything about MTG because bad weather has prevented him from reading the news.

I may be wrong here. But Tommy strikes me as being a person who is dumber than half a bag of hammers. But, how do I know that Tommy Tuberville can’t be used to drive nails into wood?
