I read this article and thought "that is a genius business idea". If you can put up with sending out repo men all the time, you're probably going to be raking in money.

Even if you do have to send people out as long as the wheels are not damaged you should be ok. The tires just install cheapy ones you buy in bulk.

seems like a pain for the repo. They can't take the rim if they rent the tires. Looks like they have to bring a mobile tire dismount with them.

Isn't that standard procedure when you need tires and are short of cash?

LMAO

1) Standard procedure? A Junkyard? Yeah, don't think so.

2) We are talking poor people here. When's the last time they did something that actually benefited them financially?

It's not always poor people who do this, a decent number of them are just horrible with money. I have a friend who's sister makes around $3k a week after taxes, but she never has a dime in her pocket. You do realize plenty of the vehicles that go to these rent a rim places are shits like new Escalades & Range Rovers?

Their clientelle are a good mixture of poor people, and people who make a ton of money but would be living day to day even if they made $20k a month.
