Renting a passenger van (12 -15)

Why is it so FREAKING HARD???
I've tried Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Thrifty and a couple of others I forgot about already. Where do you guys go to rent your cars/vans?

What are the dates you're shooting for? That might have something to do with rental car availability. Try renting a minivan or Rider moving truck without a 1-month advance during late August, early September, and mid- to late May season. ugh.
