Rental car through other party's insurance. One question.

Just got a call from other party's insurance that they're taking liablity for the accident (neighbor backed up into my car). The agent said that if I needed a rental car I can go to most major rental agencies, say it's for insurance purposes and give them my claim number and they'll bill the insurance when I return the car. Does that sound about right?
