Well my roomates are all graduating from college and moving out, and my lazy ass still needs a few more quarters to graduate. Anyways, I'm in the process of finding someone to take over their room and the lease. I've been getting a lot of responses from females wanting to rent out the room, but am weary of the whole situation. Is it a bad idea to even consider renting out to two females?

Sorry, no pics, maybe i can snap some if they actually move in.

I just don't know how to respond to this. I know I'll forget one of the subjects to flame or ridicule you on, so this is just a placeholder for later when I get some inspiration. :D

I would do it in a heartbeat if they're easy enough to get along with. Your house will be full of 18-21 year-old girls whenever they have friends over. If your single, this seems like a pretty good advantage to me.

They might be cleaner than most guys... then again some girls are slobs.. it all comes down to the person, hard to generalize :p

Install hidden cameras through out the house prior to them moving in.

just let ONE move in, not another. Girls are too much bitching, and having 1 around is fine, but 2 will NEVER get along for that long.

I'd do it, but not unless I knew I could handle the bills alone. I'd be real worried of pretty batty eyes and pouty faces "We dont have the money this month...."

That said, for the doors it would open up I would let them slide once in a while on rent.

What's the problem?

Do they weight enough to change the orbit of the moon or what's going on here?

I'm a 25 yo single guy, and I get chills thinking about having female roommates.

That said, I don't know that I could go through with it. I have one now (although she isn't single she is with another of my roommates) and living with a women has become hell. Women are just too much work, but it would be on a case by case basis as far as making a descision.

Would you have to share a bathroom with them? I'll be honest....I often thought about getting a female roommate and it turns out that it's not a good idea becuase they simply use the restroom too long and go through TP too fast.

However, there are 2 or 3 good points about females:

1. Some are really cool and nice to look at
2. Daddy usually pays the bills so you don't have to worry about getting stiffed on the rent
3. They usually shack up at their bf's place if they go for the classy guys with money, so they won't be on your turf except for off nights.
