rent cop?

some of you here know that movie is being fillmmed right next to my house. There is a cop but he has no gun so he is he a just a rent cop with no rights?

btw people are to nice, they not honking at the security guard whille he is controlling traffic., i determine he is nto a cop as bike for sure don't have the blue lights only the yellow ones.

one more question, they starting to traspass on my grass should i pull the plug and tell them they are traspassing or no. They are just standing on it?

if my timming is right, i can drench much more then just him mostliekly allot of people as more show up and any equipment they put near the lawn

well it seems my neighboor agree to let them traspass on his yard and use it for fillming. They are putting fake grass on his lawn, he has reallly huge lawn
