We've only been to Arizona once, a few years ago. Phoenix metro was ok but Sedona was absolutely beautiful. I'd love to visit again for a few days, do some hiking and lots of sweating.

My family moved to Tucson years ago and it was beautiful (but no work to be had). They now live in Laughlin NV and work at casino's :). I would probably have to be near Phoenix to find work, but I love the year round warmth :)
