(assuming that you are talking about the Megan 250.)

Let's see... One of them is RWD and one is FWD. As good as the Megane is, it can't overcome physics.

Admittedly biased, I can say the 370Z is an amazing car for the price. The Z has a fair amount more HP, but not a whole lot more torque. On the other hand, the weight advantage goes to the Megane (3000 vs. 3200). The Megane is FWD though, so I would either go with the Z or look at some of the other posters' suggestions. FWD on a car that looks that great is disappointing.
