Renaming a file within an ISO image

I have an iso image file w/ a bunch of PDFs inside it and a couple of the PDFs inside have an apostrophe (") in the filename which is illegal in Windows. So now I have no possible means to extract those files or open them or read them or basically do anything with them. Is there a way I can rename these files?

I would try opening it with various ISO tools (do a google search, there are plenty of them out there). If you cant find one that will rename the files you should at the very least be able to find one that can extract the properly named PDFs.

How did this ISO get created anyways?

I can extract the properly named ones fine, its just the ones with the apostrophe that I can't get to and its the one I need. My cousin's made the image on a mac and they're out of town for a while.

UltraISO maybe, rename the pdf files.
