Renaming a Dir in Linux.

The man page is not helping.How do I change a dir named foo to blah.

rm -rf /

You just never know anymore when someone says a joke like that. Some folks ARE fundamentalists and would give a huge lecture as to why linux is not unix and when someone who thinks linux is unix is a nub. I'm sorry for not realizing it was a joke.
