Rename "Operating Systems" to "Windows"

There is not much Linux discussion on these boards. Much of it gets buried in the Operating Systems forum, where 9/10 threads are about Windows.

IMO if you split off the two platforms, there will be more high quality Linux discussion.

It's not really split.

By *nix Sofware, I take it they mean programs and games for Linux and Unix. I figure that a complete OS like Ubuntu technically belongs in the Operating Systems forum. That's what the titles suggest to me, anyway.
