Rename c:\program -> c:\program1 error & weirdness

Every time i boot, I get a weird error msg saying that the program "c:\program" has a name that can be confusing to the system/other programs, and offers to rename it to "program1". I've had this problem before - once or twice on completely different systems running Win2k (my current comp is running WinXP). Normally I just hit rename and generally ignore it, but when I ran into some problems in an install and needed to use regsvr32 to register a .dll, i got a very weird "LoadLibrary("c:\Program") failed - The specified module could not be found". Anyone had similar issues? Any idea what's causing/how to fix this?
Thanks,
-Mike

I had a similiar issue when we were moving away from McAfee antivirus and onto Innoculate. When you uninstalled McAfee it left this file there and when you rebooted you got that error message. Just rename the file and delete it. That should take care of any problems.
