Removing user profiles in Win2k....

What is the proper method of removing the user information kept under "c:\Documents and Settings" that is generated everytime a new user logs onto your computer? Is it safe to just delete the subfolders for each user that has logged in or is there a "proper" way to do this? Thanks.

You can do it quickly by right-clicking My Computer on the desktop, clicking Properties, the User Profiles tab, selecting the account you want to 86, then clicking "Delete." You won't be able to delete the account that you're currently logged in under, of course. 🙂

Edit: I just reread your post and have a question. Do you want to just clean up their accounts, or remove them entirely?

You can also go directly to profiles directory and for each user you can delete user.dat and that will refresh the users profile when they log on.
