Removing U3 LaunchPad from USB Drive

Okay i bought a GeekSquad thumbdrive. (Only because it was 50Bucks after rebate for 1gb) And i didndt realize this U3 Launchpad was on it. Does anyone know of a way to get it off? Ive tried Formatting the thing deleting the files. I just want it off my ThumbDrive! Any Help would be Appriciative Thanks
