Removing toolbars from IE

Someone installed some bloatware/possibly spyware prog on my computer (some mp3 search thing, it looks like spyware to me). I had to manually delete everything because it didnt put any entries into the start menu or add/remove programs box (it put its executable in some really odd location) and now the only thing i cant get rid of is some custom toolbar it added to IE. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling/repairing IE, but the toolbar wont go away. I found out i can just hide it if i go to the view settings and uncheck the accessories toolbar, but is there any way to remove it entirely?
