Removing Thermaltake Big Typhoon

I've just gotten a new motherboard and I want to remove the underside of it, the part with the sticker and backplate, from my previous motherboard. Does anyone have a method for removing these? Or are they just basically permanent to a motherboard? Any help would most be appreciated!
