I need to pull the instrument cluster out so I can fix a sticking speedometer, but I can't figure out how to disconnect the indicator thing that tells you what position the transmission is in.

Look at figure 7.
The white bushing thing simply holds the wire in place to a holder in the dash and there's no quick disconnect thing right there as the picture seems to indicate and I can't figure out how to unhook it.
