removing the MSN explorer integration in XP...

well, i got the messenger removal down, now i need to get rid of the msn explorer integration in XP. any help is greatly appreciated! peace ? -dave
 
Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components
Scroll down to find MSN Explorer, uncheck it, and click next.
 
I guess I must've tweaked the inf file. It's under Windows\Inf\Sysoc.inf (show hidden files, though)
Open it in Notepad, then press Ctrl+H. Under "Find", type "hide," (sans quotes), and in the "Replace" box, leave it blank and click "replace all". Save, then it should show up.
