Removing the base from the stand for Hyundai L90d+ monitor

I need to put the Hyundai L90d+ monitor back in the box and I am having a problem separating the base from the stand. I called Hyundai but I was not able to do what they said successfully. Does anyone have experience removing the base? Thank you
