removing STOCK p4 hsf

ok, so the black pad on the bottom of the HSF kkinda helted and is now "stuck" onto the heatspreader. i dont want to want it cuz i know it can mess up the mobo and chip. any other way to get it off?

1) Run the system and get it pretty hot or use a blow dryer on it (with the computer OFF) to get it warm.

2) Release the clamp levers and twist the HSF CW and CCW a few times to break the bond of the black tape as best as possible.

3) Cross your fingers and lift it up, hope it separates from the CPU.

Let the comp get warm, longer the better but no more then 2 hours max (no difference if beyond 2 hrs)

turn off the comp, release clamps, twist left and right just a little bit, keep twisting it but at the same time SLOWLY increase the degrees of twisting. and if it twist and slides a little bit about of place, its good! if not, keep twisting it'll come out sooner or later.
