removing stock intel 478 HSF

I'm looking for directions on how to remove the stock HSF from a P4 socket 478. There are two levers which I unlkatched. The HSF doesn't lift off. What else do I need to do?
 
You need to unlatch the levers and then make sure the tabs on the sides are unhooked from the frame. Then lift it off. Try and twist it gently before pulling up so the CPU doesn't stick. You may also want to run the PC under load to soften the paste.
