Removing Stock Heatsink on Geforce3

I have a Visontek GeForce3 (not titanium) and I took off the stock heatsink to replace it with a Crystal Orb....now my question is, how the hell do i get that TIM that they used off the GPU? Is there any certain cleaner or something I would use to get that stuff off? I want to remove that to put some Arctic Silver II on there.
