Removing Service Pack 2

OK, I installed SP2, and it broke some of my network stuff, so I want to remove it. When I go to add/remove programs and choose SP2, it tells me that I can remove SP2, but presents me with a long list that might no longer work correctly if I remove SP2. I installed most of these pre-SP2, but some post. Should I ignore the warning a removing anyway? Here's the list:

UPnp User Interface
Adobe SVG Viewer 6.0
Azureus
CtraxAX
DVDXCopy
Logitech Resource Center
Max DVD to AVI Converter 3.0
Max DVD to MPEG 3.0
mIRC
Mozilla Firefox (1.0PR)
Mozilla Sunbird (0.2a)
Mozilla Thunderbird (0.8)
Shortkeys Lite
DVD Copy Plus
Logitech Mouseware 9.79.1
Java 2 Runtime Environment SE v1.4.2_05
Logitech Desktop Messenger
Microsoft Office XP Professional with Frontpage
Digital Audio Player
AppRocket
Black and White

What particularly concerns me are Firefox, Sunbird, and Thunderbird. Why would they be tied to SP2?
