Removing priviledge restrictions in ME

My user settings have been screwed up in a ME Dell laptop I have... I can't even run INETWIZ... how can I get rid of these?
 
Start by telling us the error message you're getting.

There's no such thing as security, permissions, priviliges, rights, etc. under WinME.
 
"You Are Not Allowed Access To This Function. Please Contact Your Network Administrator"
when running INETWIZ

This laptop is not on a network of any kind, obviously
