Removing partitions

How do I remove a partition and make it so it's one drive?

Using FDISK will erase anything you have already on the partitions, though. If you want to keep all the data you have without erasing it and reinstalling everything, get a program like Partition Magic, as it has the ability to combine partitions into a single drive on the fly.
