Removing Old User Documents - WinXP Pro

My friend had 3 users on his computer with WinXP Pro. He removed 2 of them so there is only himself left with Admin rights. When you go into My Computer\C:\Documents and Settings, you still see the other 2 users names with all of their folders (User's Documents, etc...). Windows will not let him manually delete them.

How do you do this?

Go into system in the control panel. From there you should see advanced and then user profiles. If he is an administrator he can remove them from there. It should remove the folders as well.
